Subscribe for RSS live updates

Live Updates is a Really Simple Syndication (RSS) service that sends summaries of updates on the Telstra Wholesale website directly to the customer. These updates list the latest announcements in a format based on XML.

To access an RSS feed a customer needs RSS aggregator software, also known as an RSS feed reader. Aggregators and readers exist as web browser plug-ins or as stand-alone web or desktop software. The RSS Reader, or aggregator, collects raw XML feeds from our website and turns them into text and links that can be read at a customer’s convenience. The RSS Reader can be set to notify Telstra Wholesale customers of any new content the instant it becomes available on our website.

Benefits

  • Information comes directly to our customers, eliminating the need to constantly browse our website for announcements of interest.
  • Customers save time and resources by not having to develop their own applications to check for Live Updates.
  • The software enables customers to keep up to date with important Telstra Wholesale information.
  • One click takes the user from the aggregator directly to the update wanted, with a wealth of aggregator options.
  • Flexible enough to run on an individual desktop or integrate with intranet to alert whole work teams.
