Australian carriers or service providers with connection to Telstra’s international network have access to ISDN/PSTN fixed and mobile destinations in more than 220 countries via GlobalLinx (International Voice Termination). International direct dial is also available through our international interconnect.
The traffic circuits established for interconnection form a speech-bearer service with the standard bandwidth of 3.1 kHz for all destinations. A premium service option may also provide a 64 Kbps clear-call service for nominated destinations.
