Telstra Wholesale supplies Wholesale Business DSL (WBDSL) for fast, dedicated broadband access. 

WBDSL is designed to provide dedicated end-to-end network access service, supported by extensive network coverage.

Each individual service involves the provisioning of a DSL access (end-user access) with a speed ranging from 256kbit/s to 4mbit/s, as well as a dedicated permanent virtual circuit (PVC). Availability and line speeds are subject to service qualification.
