Online training

We've put together a package of training materials to guide our customers through the use of our online self services.

LinxOnline Ordering (LOLO)
Help in using LOLO is available on our online training module and in step-by-step instructions in the LOLO user guide.

LinxOnline Mobiles (LOLM)
Mobile service providers using our LOLM application can get step-by-step instruction on how to use the application, including managing mobile services and port/churn processes for mobile services.

LinxOnline BillView (LOLBV)
This training is designed to provide an overview of BillView, and covers common functions and details for:

  • viewing and printing bills;
  • generating and managing reports;
  • notifying Telstra Wholesale of EFT payments;
  • using BillView to complete day-to-day activities.

LinxOnline Service (LOLS)
Service providers can use our online system LOLS to log and track faults with services and equipment supplied or maintained by Telstra under their supply agreements. Our training takes customers through navigation, fault logging, call diversion requests, rescheduling appointments and more.

LinxOnline Interaction Gateway (LOLIG)
Telstra Wholesale provides detailed documentation to our customers for developing a LOLIG interface to enable business-to-business transactions with us.
