Service Level Credits (CSG)

Telstra Wholesale has a formal process in place to manage Service Level Credits claims where Telstra may have contributed to delays in the provision or repair of a service covered by the CSG Standard.

The process is described in each customer agreement. Please refer to the flow chart (PDF, 42kb) for a quick overview of the process.

To lodge a claim, please complete the form(s) and the cover note  (DOC, 23kb) and email to DW.Claims@telstrawholesale.com
