LinxOnline Service (LOLS) is an efficient, easy and convenient way to report and track problems with Telstra Wholesale products and services.
It’s a simple alternative to calling Telstra when a problem occurs.
With LinxOnline Service customers can:
- report problems with Telstra products or services;
- track the progress of any fault reported to Telstra;
- view a summary of faults previously reported against a service number.
Most of our products and services can be logged and tracked, although medical priority services, mobiles, inbound products and DSL N-K numbers, (when an overhead wire is down or when a diversion needs to be deactivated) are not currently covered by LOLS.
LOLS uses live information. A test is performed on basic PSTS lines and, on its completion, will direct the fault accordingly.
