Telstra Wholesale is committed to resolving your billing enquiries as quickly as possible. Billing enquiries can be simple or complex, so to ensure your enquiry is handled efficiently, we offer you two methods to choose from when making your enquiries.  

For simple enquiries, please contact our billing team. Enquiries relating to the following topics can generally be made over the phone:

  • additional services that are associated to the service
  • churn to and from dates
  • the level of access for a particular service
  • products that exist on a service
  • end-user information
  • dates when a product was added to a service

If you would prefer to submit your enquiry in writing or if the enquiry is too complex to answer over the phone, our billing staff may ask you to submit your enquiry using our email form.  Please note that you will be asked to complete a number of mandatory fields which will assist us in resolving your enquiry faster.
