We’ve recently introduced a strategic customer review program to review our business relationship with individual customers by using our competitive and market intelligence to offer strategic positioning advice to our customers.

Wholesale’s Director of Marketing Jess Gill says the program involves workshops between representatives from the customer’s business and our experienced sales, operations and marketing teams.

“One of our core strengths is our knowledge of the market. As such, these reviews allow us to give our customers insights into opportunities and potential solutions aimed at helping them to win and retain business in an increasingly competitive market.”

The strategic customer review program targets customers who have a strong business relationship with us based on mutual growth.

“The feedback we’ve received from customers who’ve already participated in the program has been extremely encouraging,” Jess says.

“We can help customers make the most of the products and services we offer by using our internal expertise in a consultative manner to tailor solutions to suit individual customers.”

One of those participants is People Telecom. Chief Executive Officer John Stanton says the workshops led to “fruitful discussions” between his organisation and Wholesale.

“The workshops have been beneficial to People Telecom not only through an increased enthusiastic approach but also through the insight and business intelligence provided.
