As you may be aware, I recently took up the role of Group Managing Director of Telstra Wholesale and I am delighted to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I joined Telstra in 2006 and in my most recent role as Executive Director, National Sales at Telstra Enterprise and Government, I was responsible for the financial and working relationship with Telstra’s biggest enterprise and government customers.
Before joining Telstra, I spent 20 years at IBM, starting as a sales representative at IBM Australia and rising to be vice president of IBM Asia Pacific’s Intel Server division. Over the years my family and I lived in Australia and also spent several years in Asia.
This edition of TWNetwork highlights how enterprise networks are continually evolving to support the integration of voice, video and mission-critical business applications. We look at how Ethernet services are enabling direct connectivity to enterprise networks.
We also invite customers to complete our second Wholesale Market Survey. The feedback we receive will help us to better understand the business needs of our customers and help us to support them in growing their businesses.
TWNetwork looks at some of the topics covered at the recent Broadband and Beyond conference and presents profiles of some of the young artists participating in Telstra Wholesale’s Young Artists Program, a business-arts partnership that promotes the growth of both the company’s budding opera talent and Wholesale’s relationship with its customers.
I am looking forward to getting to know you and to working closely with you. With my Wholesale team, I am confident we will continue to provide you with the high-quality products and services I know you value.
Kind regards
Nerida Caesar
