For the Telstra Wholesale team, improving levels of customer service and satisfaction is a major focus for our business and signals our deep commitment to our customers.
Telstra's Customer Service and Satisfaction Program
I am delighted to be Telstra Wholesale's representative on Telstra's Customer Satisfaction Council. This council oversees Telstra's Customer Service and Satisfaction Program. The council will drive and govern a range of activities in line with our corporate strategy, that we are confident will improve levels of customer service and satisfaction. A Telstra Customer Advocacy Team has also been established to provide support to the program at a tactical level.
Telstra Wholesale's commitment
Within Telstra Wholesale, we have established our own Customer Satisfaction Council, chaired by me, and comprising my senior leadership team. Its existence underlines our commitment - at the highest level of our business - to improving our customers' satisfaction with our performance.
Wholesale's council is supported by our own Customer Advocacy Team, led by Executive Director Warwick Broxom. The primary function of this team is to develop and oversee an aligned program of work that focuses on improving service to our Wholesale customers.
