We shine the spotlight on the Wholesale Delivery and Operations team who are responsible for project managing the delivery of complex data, facilities access and international orders, and support for the end-to-end fault management process.

We’ve recently introduced a strategic customer review program to review our business relationship with individual customers by using our competitive and market intelligence to offer strategic positioning advice to our customers.

A recent consumer survey indicates that customers of telecommunications and internet service providers believe poor customer service is on the increase.
