Paul Geason - Group Managing Director, Telstra Wholesale
Paul Geason is the Group Managing Director of Telstra Wholesale. Paul is responsible for the company’s wholesale customers in Australia and globally. Paul (re)-joined Telstra in August 2006 as Executive Director of Convergent Sales in Telstra Enterprise & Government. In this role Paul was responsible for the marketing and sale of voice, data, mobile and unified communications solutions to the company’s corporate, government and large business customers. Prior to joining Telstra in 2006, Paul was Senior Vice President of Sales at a telecom operating software company based in Boston, USA. Paul originally joined Telstra in 1994 and held many positions over an 11 year period in Telstra’s legal directorate and product management teams. Prior to joining Telstra, Paul worked with Baker & McKenzie Solicitors.
As head of sales for Telstra Wholesale, Glenn brings a wealth of experience, energy and commitment to his role. He has 20 years of management and sales experience within the telecommunications industry, the last 15 years in Wholesale. His previous roles include Director of Data Sales, Director Australia/NZ for REACH, and head of sales for international carrier business in Telstra. Glenn's team is dedicated to meeting our customers' business needs and building strong relationships to meet their goals.
Andrew Zawartko - Executive Director, Operations and Systems
Andrew's group works to deliver the most efficient transaction methods for servicing wholesale customers. Over a career spanning 25 years with Telstra, Andrew has held a wide range of exacting management positions, implementing new technologies and customer processes.
Trevor Brunton - Executive Director, Next Generation Service and Strategy
Trevor joined Telstra in 1994 and has held a variety of positions, covering finance, information technology, business planning and commercial management. Trevor has bachelor degrees in law and commerce and a Masters in information technology.
Di Fulton - Director, Customer Service and Satisfaction
Di is responsible for Telstra Wholesale's Customer Service and Satisfaction program which aims to continually improve the quality of service provided to our wholesale customers. Di is responsible for the Sales Operations, Commercial Management and Billing Strategy teams to ensure alignment with Wholesale’s customer satisfaction program. Di has more than 18 years experience in the telecommunications industry. She joined Telstra's Enterprise and Government division in 2001, before moving to Telstra Wholesale's Sales team in 2004. Prior to that, she held various management roles with Optus and Ericsson.
Terry Scerri - Executive Director, Products and Marketing
Terry is responsible for presenting Telstra Wholesale’s capabilities to the market. Terry manages the Product, Business Planning, Industry Engagement, Internal and Customer Communications and Marketing teams to deliver consistent solutions for our customers. Terry joined Telstra Wholesale in January 2010 and has more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Telstra Wholesale, Terry spent nine years working overseas holding various regional and global roles for Hewlett Packard and SAP.
