Basic Access

Basic Access opens Telstra's Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) to our customers, enabling them to resell a wide range of Telstra services under their own brands, including unlimited local calls, long distance, inbound voice services and voice messaging services.

Basic Access connects a customer's business or home line from a customer network boundary to a Telstra local phone exchange.

Customers can choose a Home Access plan (for residential end customers) or a Business Access plan (for business end customers) for each basic access or basic telephone service.
