At Telstra Wholesale we aim to make our billing processes easy to understand and simple to manage.

We’ve developed a system that lets customers manage invoices online.

BillView

LinxOnline BillView is our user-friendly, web-based application that enables our customers to conveniently view, print and manage bills online.

BillView provides access to comprehensive account data more efficiently than paper bills.  Because all billing data appears online as it becomes available, customers needn’t waste time or labour entering paper bills into their systems.

The billing data is managed through Telstra Wholesale's LinxOnline – an automated system that offers service ordering, tracking and bill management online.

Features

  • Email notification of bills as soon as they are available online;
  • Access to invoices through a web-based interface;
  • Detailed reporting and analysis of the current bill and previous 13 months’ data;
  • Download billing data in various formats to in-house systems;
  • Drill down for detailed billing information and cost analysis through call details analysis, service, equipment, credits or expenditure analysis.
