Telstra Wholesale typically bills monthly for our services. Customers may receive a paper bill or be billed through one of our online billing services.

All new customers are provided with online billing and we are phasing out the paper bills received by existing customers, who are being progressively moved to billing online. Our account managers will advise individual customers when this change will occur.
