Telstra has lodged a submission with the ACCC providing corrected figures for the Wholesale Line Rental and Local Carriage Service indicative prices issued by the ACCC in April 2008.
The indicative prices are based on a retail minus retail cost (RMRC) calculation by the ACCC. While Telstra disputes the use of RMRC given its more robust TEA-Model is available to calculate TSLRIC-based prices, it has pointed the ACCC to several inputs to their RMRC pricing that should be amended.
