The Business Operations team is responsible for the overall operational relationship a customer has with Telstra Wholesale. Our business operations managers work with customers to manage provisioning, billing and service assurance processes. The business operations manager takes steps to ensure that systems are automated appropriately to achieve maximum productivity for the customer.
Our billing team manages data security and billing integrity, develops service quality programs, works to simplify operational standards and are there to help resolve any disputes that may arise with Telstra Wholesale customers.
The Wholesale Customer Transfers team is responsible for managing key industry churn processes including:
- multi-carrier preselection churn;
- commercial churn;
- local number portability;
- mobile number portability;
- unconditioned local loop requests.
